How do drops work?

I release new fabrics and prints on my Sew Enchanted FB VIP. As we are a small team of seamstress' sewing for two small handmade shops, clothing items are limited.  I always try to have new products available on the website unless I hit my max number of orders to ship out within turn around time. 

 

What is turn around time?

Turn around time is currently 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS, unless otherwise announced. All items are hand made to order and are custom for you, your size, and style. Your item will ship by the 15th business day. Please allow the full 10-20 business days and an additional 5-7 business days to receive your items after they have been dropped off at the post office. 

 

My tracking number says "Pre-Shipment".. What does this mean?

Often, I will print shipping labels a week before your items ship. This is part of my shipping process. Pre-shipment simply means your tracking number has been created and we are working hard to get your order complete and dropped off at the post office.

 

Do you offer returns / refunds?

Absolutely no refunds or returns are accepted unless your items arrived to you DAMAGED and we have discussed it over email. NO cancellations are accepted after an order is placed. If for some reason an exception is made an order is refunded and shipping has already been paid on my end, the shipping is nonrefundable along with a $5 restock fee. I will always make things right if a mistake is made on my end. 

 

I placed two orders, can I combine my orders and save on shipping?

Unfortunately due to the high volume of orders, we can not combine orders once the orders have been placed and the shipping has been paid. However, sometimes I will see two orders ready to ship at the same time and I will combine them and refund one of the shipping. However this is rare as I work on a per order basis to get orders out in a timely manner.

 

POLICIES

  • NO refunds, NO returns, NO exchanges, NO cancellations. We highly encourage you to measure your child and check measurements on clothing items before ordering.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect name or address, we can not be held responsible for the second shipping charge. An invoice will be sent to cover the second shipping charge.
  • Sew Enchanted is not responsible for damaged or lost packages that occur during shipping. If you have an issue with USPS, you can contact your local post office directly or file a claim online.
  • All sales are FINAL
